commonly popular in the late 1970s or early 1980s, very bohemian fern bars were everywhere. we probably watched chrissy, jack and janet barhop through a few of these lush pubs. houseplants got huge in the late 70’s too, and much like fashion of that era (high waisted jeans, anyone?) they’re back in a big way. every house needs some good old oxygen-producing plant life, right? Some well-placed greenery not only brightens your space but also purify the air around you — and surrounding yourself with greenery also creates a more calming and restful ambiance. time to get your green thumb on.
